philosophy
We’ll leave Kant and Nietzshe for another day, but there are a few things we’ve learned that are more of a philosophical nature.
First, over and over, we have found an element of fishing in most things we do. We see learnings in repetition, rewards from patience, and real ability to innovate springing from experience, expertise and knowledge that comes from floating the same river for a long time.
Second, a river really does run through it. By this we mean that there is something to the flow of thought, of ideas, of creativity that is empowered by clear eyes and strong hearts.
Last, we love straight arrows. Great people, great insights, exacting focus … these things create straight arrows that fly further, penetrate the minds and organizations that they are aimed at, and lead to rewarding outcomes for everyone … employees, investors and customers.
